My first born didn’t even have a nursery. At 19, living in a one bedroom apartment I couldn’t afford anything like this at all. So now that we can, I go all out! HOW I CREATED MY DREAM LIFE: It feels SO good to be back in San Diego + living the boho fun-loving gardening life I’ve always resonated with deep down! Here’s how I did it: ☀︎︎ Positive Psychology - I focus on my strengths instead of weaknesses, work on building the good in life instead of what “bad” things may need to change, + I try my hardest to manifest from a place of joy! ☀︎︎ Building confidence - Even when I don’t feel confident, I fake it! If you don’t believe in you, why would anyone else? ☀︎︎ Expecting the best - Negativity doesn’t exist for long! I expect things to work out for me, miracles to happen, and negative experiences to bring about something good. 🙌🏼 ☀︎︎ Affirmations - I affirm what I want in my head all day every day. “Everything is always working out. Life gets better + better. I am successful.” Negative thoughts trigger my brain to switch to affirmations at this point after practicing for years. 🙌🏼 ☀︎︎ Meditation - When I’m not sure which path to take, meditation leads the way! We always know the answers + the path towards our highest good.
