  • Believe it or not, it took a LONG time for me to understand unconditional love - and I’m still practicing it for myself. I’ve been sick the last few days, and allowing myself this time to rest and just BE, has been difficult. I still sometimes define my worthiness by my actions. How much I do for those around me, instead of what I do for myself. 😵‍💫 And on top of that, these 3 kids are no angels at home 😂 so again, team family travel over here. So while I soak in the cuddles and quiet moments at home, I’m just waiting for my energy to pick back up again so we can explore. 🥰 Next week, we head on our latest adventure to Joshua Tree!   • As I took back my Power things began to change all around me. 🙌🏼 I cried tears of joy, not sorrow. I met the man of my dreams, who later adopted my son. Left my dead-end job and followed my dreams. Moved into multiple homes I never dreamed of living in + saw magic and mini miracles happen all around me. Life became easier, simpler, free-flowing. I didn’t have to try so hard to get what I wanted. When we look at the root of our issues, and decide no more - the Universe shifts. We affirm “this is not how my life will be”. And so, a new life begins to form right before our eyes. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, depressed, unhappy with my life and myself. I also now know what it’s like to feel so blissful, blessed, and loved by the Universe and the people around me. We can go from one extreme to the other - in time. Living life like you’re on vacation is my new favorite self-care hack. 2. The golden sand in Coronado reminds me how magical this Earth truly is. ✨ 3. The memories I’m making with my kids may not stick, but the feelings will. 4. As I took back my Power things began to change all around me. 🙌🏼 I cried tears of joy, not sorrow. I met the man of my dreams, who later adopted my son. Left my dead-end job and followed my dreams. Moved into multiple homes I never dreamed of living in + saw magic and mini miracles happen all around me. Life became easier, simpler, free-flowing. I didn’t have to try so hard to get what I wanted. When we look at the root of our issues, and decide no more - the Universe shifts. We affirm “this is not how my life will be”. And so, a new life begins to form right before our eyes. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, depressed, unhappy with my life and myself. I also now know what it’s like to feel so blissful, blessed, and loved by the Universe and the people around me. We can go from one extreme to the other - in time. Living life like you’re on vacation is my new favorite self-care hack. 2. The golden sand in Coronado reminds me how magical this Earth truly is. ✨ 3. The memories I’m making with my kids may not stick, but the feelings will. 4. Life + motherhood recently ✌🏼 Every month I like to take a moment to reflect! Here are some of my favorite moments and what I've learned. 🥰 1. Living life like you’re on vacation is my new favorite self-care hack. 2. The golden sand in Coronado reminds me how magical this Earth truly is. ✨ 3. The memories I’m making with my kids may not stick, but the feelings will. 4. When you remove your kids from the situation + have a date night all to yourself, you remember how much you actually like each other. 😂 5. Forcing your kids out of their comfort zone is important at times. Our son LOVED his week-long Summer camp! Remember there is no right place for you to be mama!
