  • I don’t know if you’re ready to hear this… but you may be addicted to feeling negative emotions. So many of us are. In childhood our brains became comfortable in our surroundings - no matter what they were. As we become adults, we stay in that space of comfortability even if it brings pain, sadness, or anger. Until we CHOOSE to get uncomfortable + feel GOOD.   • I don’t know who needs to hear this, but motherhood is HARD. While I think moms having kids right now have way more access to helpful + realistic parenting insight because of social media, I can also see the downside. Negative thoughts are normal. Feeling like we’re failing is normal. Guilt, shame, anxiety… It’s all there at times. And it’s all okay.   • 3 things that will change your view on failure… - Failing literally shows you the path you should be on by helping you see that you may be on the wrong one, not quite ready for what you want, or what you need to work on. So much info you wouldn’t otherwise see! - Think of things that haven’t worked out in the past. Can you see why they may not have? Or why things took longer? - Working hard for something makes us appreciate it more. And by pursuing something over and over again we learn something new each time that we take with us and can then help someone else with. And if that doesn’t change your mind maybe this will. Giving up gets you nowhere, continuing to try and fail and get back up eventually gets you SOMEWHERE.   • My top 5 tips for manifesting the life you never knew you dreamed of. 💁🏼‍♀️ 1. I removed ANYONE from my life who hurt me without care, continuously caused unnecessary stress, or made me feel badly about myself. 2. I stopped living in the past and focused on the here and now. What could I do in each moment to make life feel better NOW? 3. I became really clear on who I want to be and how I want to feel from day to day. 4. I paid attention to my thought patterns. I took note of where I was holding myself back, and switched negative thoughts to positive affirmations. 5. I befriended the voice in my head! I began to listen to the whispers, instead of the loud rushing voice of fear or lack.
