Welcome to my blog! This is a space where I share what I’ve learned (and am still learning) about healing from trauma, breaking cycles, and reconnecting with your truest self. I’m a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and content creator – but most importantly, I’m someone who’s walked through trauma and is figuring out how to live fully while honoring my healing journey.
