Welcome to my blog! This is a space where I share what I’ve learned (and am still learning) about healing from trauma, breaking cycles, and reconnecting with your truest self. I’m a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and content creator – but most importantly, I’m someone who’s walked through trauma and is figuring out how to live fully while honoring my healing journey.
Here you’ll find tools, stories, and practices that have helped me bring more calm, clarity, and joy into the chaos of everyday life. Think: nervous system resets, inner child work, energy healing and honest conversations about growth and transformation.
