Free Higher Self Guided Meditation + Manifestation Techniques
Connecting to my Higher Self through visualization has been one of the most life-changing manifestation techniques for me. I began my manifestation journey right before Covid hit, and have been reconnecting with my most authentic self ever since. The Higher Self Guided Meditation linked here includes multiple visualization techniques I’ve used every so often to take a deeper look at who my Soul truly craves to be. Sometimes we don’t even realize we’ve moved so far away from our authentic self and intuition.
After using visualization through meditation, I journal about what I visualized in my mind’s eye and how I felt. You may see yourself smiling joyfully, or have a more stoic look on your face. Journal about not only how you looked and felt in the guided meditation, but also how you feel about the whole meditation experience. I’ve also included journal prompts that will further guide you on your self-discovery journey and higher self connection that’s included in the free download email. The only thing to remember is to let your mind fall away, and try not to think too much about your answers, or judge your thoughts and the images that come up. Just allow the guidance to come without judgment and flow as much as possible.
What Does Higher Self Mean and Where is Your Higher Self?
In my belief, the term “Higher Self” just means your Soul essence. It’s the best version of yourself that you have the potential to evolve into during your time on this Earth. This doesn’t mean you will reach this Highest Self no matter what. It means that when your Soul chose to be born into this lifetime, this is who they came striving to become.
Your Higher Self is also your intuition. When you get intuitive hits, thoughts, or visualizations, that is your Higher Self trying to connect with you. Their goal is to align you onto the path your Soul truly wants to be on in this lifetime. When you enter a Spiritual Awakening, which I believe every human does at some point in their life, your Higher Self is calling you to reconnect. How deep you go into your spiritual healing work or Spiritual Awakening is different for everyone, though. Not everyone answers the call.
Listening to this Higher Self Guided Meditation is your way of telling your Soul and Higher Self that you are ready to answer the call. You’re ready to reconnect with your Soul’s essence and begin stripping away anything and everything that has gotten in the way. After the free guided meditation, you’ll also begin to incorporate small steps into your daily life and routine to bring you closer to your best and Highest Self. Benefits of Connecting with Your Higher Self
Connecting with your Higher Self can provide you with so much clarity and purpose. By living your life as true to your authentic self as possible, you’ll be able to easily decide what is meant for you and what is not. You’ll begin to make choices that benefit you and truly make you happy. Instead of moving through life aimlessly trying to please everyone else. This connection to your Higher Self can begin to feel like a built-in best friend. The best friend bringing you closer to more self love each and every day. As this connection becomes stronger, begin to take note of synchronicities that may be happening in your life. This will bring you even more synchronicity as the Universe and your Spirit guides see you taking note and paying attention. Life becomes really fun when you’re in the flow this way!
My Personal Transformation and Manifestation Examples
I reconnected with my Higher Self in 2016, and ever since then have manifested more than I could ever dream of. Before this reconnection using a guided meditation from my reiki teacher similar to the one I’m giving you, I was completely lost in life living out of alignment. After my life became completely turned upside down and I was hospitalized multiple times and bedridden for months due to stress, I came to Spirituality and began my Spiritual Awakening. It’s been 7 years since then and I still peel back more layers of healing every day. But life in general flows so much more easily.
I went from working a dead end job for an abusive parent and living in their household with no real purpose in life other than raising my son as a single mother, to building a brand and business that encompasses every single thing I truly love. I now own one home on the East coast I manifested sight-unseen through visualization during Covid, and live in another home on an acre of property in San Diego with stunning mountainous views. These are all things I never thought I’d have or at the very least deserved.
I come from a background of a lot of trauma and childhood abuse. From eating disorders to drug and alcohol use, teenage arrests and abusive relationships. As you can imagine my self-worth was extremely low for most of my life. I called myself an atheist and swore up and down there was no purpose to life or reasoning for all of the terrible things that happened to me. Now, I view it all as training and “school” for who I would one day become – my Higher Self.
Each day I live more and more true to my authentic self, and continue to be amazed by the manifestations I call in. The Higher Self I visualize changes as I reach each version of myself. So I continue to “level up” every few years. I’ve received 500 hours of yoga teacher training for free, most of my home furniture and decor for free through brand collaborations, a husband and dream family, along with free vacations and more. Manifesting for Beginners
Manifesting who you want to be becomes an easy process when you follow just that: Who do you truly want to be? If you’re unsure, this Higher Self Guided Meditation will help you. I began to dive into manifestation techniques after following @tobemagnetic on Instagram years ago. My goal was to learn as much as I could. The owner, Lacy, incorporates neuroscience and psychology into the practice. I love this as someone who studied neuroscience and psychology in college although I never graduated. I’m all about the woo woo side of manifestation. But seeing the science behind the brain and our existence is so fascinating to me.

But to begin, here are a few things you can do:
- Listen to my free Higher Self Guided meditation and follow the journal prompts listed in your welcome email.
- Write a long list of things you hope to manifest. Make them realistic, and things you can call in within the next 6-12 months. They’ll expand from there as you begin to expand.
- Create a list of “Expanders” in your phone. These are people you resonate with. They have some of the things you desire or live their life in a way you hope to. Include what aspects of them you wish to manifest as well.
- Do the healing work. Go to therapy, read self-help books, meditate often, practice yoga, take care of your body, and keep promises to yourself. Personal development is HUGE in manifestation, and life in general. So show your Higher Self that you desire to become the best version of yourself. Then watch the Universe get behind you.
Meditation Tips for Your Beginners
Did you know meditation is a cumulative practice? The benefits add up over time creating permanent changes in your brain structure, leading to more natural moments of calm, clarity, and overall peace. Most people don’t realize you can meditate anywhere anytime, with your eyes open or closed.
There’s moving meditation, while walking or practicing yoga. Meditation before bed while lying down, or focusing on the present moment and your breath while driving or doing the dishes. Bringing mindfulness and meditation into your life is SO much easier when it becomes a natural practice. Meditation shouldn’t be something you try to force yourself to do at a certain time and in a certain place. Either way, the benefits to your brain are the same. So find what works for YOU in order to make it a lasting practice. Remember you don’t need to be sitting upright or laying down. Sitting in a cross legged position does align your chakras providing you an extra healing bonus.
Free Higher Self Guided Meditation
When listening to my free guided meditation, try to relax into my voice. Let go of any expectations or pressure. If nothing comes to mind during the visualization portion that’s okay! Focus on the healing work first, then come back to the guided meditation another time. If thoughts and images do come up, try not to judge them or begin to overthink. Let the thoughts come and go effortlessly, relaxing the mind.
It’s best listened to with headphones as I’ve included binaural beats to stimulate your pineal gland and increase the strength of your brain waves during meditation as well.
